We publish our terms and conditions in order
to avoid misunderstanding and dispute which generally occur between
tourists and less professional travel agency. You are recommended to read
these terms and conditions, and also in FAQ prior to your reservation or payment, so that
you know what fees will be applied in case you have to cancel your
reservation later. It is our deal, a fair deal without any hidden or
surprise charges!

Package Tours
|
|
Upon tour confirmation, a 30% deposit is
requested in order to guarantee your reservation. This deposit is
non-refundable, in case the tour participants cancel the tour on their own.
The 70% remaining balance should be settled
against the travel documents before the tour start. In case of
cancellation after your full payment, we refund 70% of the total price if
cancellation is made prior to tour commencement. No refund, either in
partial or in full, for unused services of the tour.

| Hotel Reservation
|
| Hotel reservation in Burma can be submitted to
us either by our on-line booking form, by e-mail or by fax. In order
to obtain our special rates for Internet users, pre-payment has to be made
to Royal Exclusive Travel - not to the hotel. In case you wish to pay
direct at the hotel, the hotel published rate is applied.

| Cancellation Policy for Hotel Reservation
|
 | Cancellation should be sent to Royal
Exclusive Travel at least 3 business days (not including Saturday,
Sunday and public holidays), prior to your check-in date. You will
receive Full Refund, unless otherwise stated in our confirmation
e-mail or fax. |
| Cancellation less than 3 business days is
considered as No-Show, and at least 1 night cancellation fees shall be
applied. |
| There will be no refund for un-used room
nights. |
Note: In certain circumstances
such as during the peak touristic season, some hotels may request guaranteed
pre-payment in full which is non-refundable at all. In other words,
there will be no refund once your payment is made. Of course, we will notify
you, if this strict instance occurred, in our confirmation message before
you make any commitment.

| Air Ticketing |
|
It is the airline regulation that the ticket has
to be issued before a set deadline, otherwise the reservation will be
auto-released. We will notify you of this deadline in every
confirmation message. Payment is required before the tickets are
issued.

| Cancellation Policy on International Air
Ticketing
|
| Once the tickets are issued, 20%
cancellation fee is applied, and it takes at least three months to
receive refund. |
| Some tickets with promotional airfares are
Non-refundable; of course, we will notify you before you purchase this
type of air tickets. |
| Change of Passenger Names is not allowed. |
| The air tickets are non-reroutable. |

| LIABILITY |
|
Royal Exclusive Travel shall not be liable for
any delay, loss, or cancellation of airlines or other transport companies,
or any unforeseen circumstances such as accident, personal illness,
political unrest, natural catastrophe - flooding, storm, earthquake, etc ,
which is beyond our control. We reserve the right to amend the tour
itinerary if necessary.
Reservation made to Royal Exclusive Travel
implies that you agree to all its terms & conditions as well as in FAQ.
